I Smell Takeover

Let me first to say I am not a normal player in the financial markets I do like to play Stock Market Fantasy it’s a game that you are given X# of dollars to invest buy and sell in the stock market and in a month’s time of so you see how much profit you make. This is a nice game because everyone that knows me knows I do not have money. At the moment, I could not buy a hundred shares of ___ stock. at a penny a share, Lol.

In the news today, Coke® warns investors of K&N stock offer
By DUANE D. STANFORD The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Published on: 11/15/07 seen here in doing research there is not much to find about K&N and they nor Coke® has replied to my request for their sides of the story.

The basis of this story is the gray area of stock exchange regulation in that as quoted from this news story “Exchange Commission and those mini-tender offers do not carry the same federal protections and rights as full-scale tender offers.”
See SEC text about mini-tender offers here It is an easy way to detract stock from investors that do not do their homework.

There always been not much to go on with USA citizens investing in foreign companies but today this is changing go see,
SEC Takes Action to Improve Consistency of Disclosure to U.S. Investors in Foreign Companies 2007-235 Full of the Action will be on the SEC websites shortly. Upon writing, this article has not been posted yet.
According to the SEC website, the Commission and states “The Securities and Exchange Commission today voted unanimously to help American investors better analyze and get more readily comparable financial information from the U.S.-registered foreign companies in which they invest” voted on the Action unanimously.

Okay now I said all of this to say this, This bothers me
Things that bother me:

A foreign Corporation and even better yet a stock issuance company as I call them, K & N Value Select Corporation is a European Companies that does not directly own a company but shares of a company and can change ownerships fast.
An European company invest in a top level American Company
I could not find info to verify K&N made the claim In January 2006 K&N Value Select Corp. was evaluated by the rating agency Standard & Poor’s and given 5 stars.. They may have but after searching the Standard and poor website for over thirty minuets I could not find those facts.
In the light of Muslim population growing 300% over native Europeans how much percentage is Muslim money as well as if part or all is Muslim money how much is it from the hands of Muslim Terrorist?
We live in a country that foreign nationals own major portions of our natural resources, Timber etc. domestic oil, mining (gold, silver, etc.)

When I see smoke there has to be a fire somewhere. I believe and I could be wrong, I believe that K&N is positioning itself for a complete takeover of one of our two major soft drink brands. There I said it and I feel so much more scarier now!!!

Need I remind you of Coors is no longer Coors is half owned by Molson a Canadian Co. and a new weird deal with Miller.

I have nothing against Europeans nor Canadians but I believe in all countries need to be a Sovereign nation and its citizens owns its own natural resources.

My opinion is that this is an easy anomalously way for an undisclosed takeover of a top-level company. As well a takeover of Europe, United States of America as well the World. Disclaimer. 2:18:56 PM November 16, 2007 the clock is now ticking. Will the new tune things go better with Euros? Instead of Coke® Still my favorite drink is Pepsi® Till Next Time(TM) Mazal Tov, ©2007 by Rabbi Dale
